The 2010 NICHE Conference and Exhibit Hall will be held at the Polk County Convention Center in downtown Des Moines.
With this change, you will enjoy:
- Air conditioned comfort in the entire conference facility - Easy navigation to all conference services, workshops and exhibits - An impressive exhibit area contained in one huge main floor locale - The same outstanding workshops, displays and overall conference experience you’ve come to expect - without all of the hassles of our old facility. - A conference facility designed to be a conference facility!
While
we greatly appreciated our old facility, First Federated Church, it was
literally straining to accommodate the requirements of an event such as
our conference. Over the years this arrangement has become more and
more burdensome. We believe that this move to a convention center will
alleviate many of these problems.
The NICHE Conference
Committee is busy working on many details involved in making this venue
move successful. While facing challenges such as food provision and
parking, committee members are striving to keep the conference
affordable and convenient.
